Interesting idea here, but I think that it could have been elaborated on more and could have used a bit more polish. The player movement felt a little too floaty, it could be improved by stopping the player much faster when letting go of a key. I think that with a little work, this could be quite a fun game!
reminds me of old flash games :) i imagine that to take this concept further you could upgrade your stick, and have occasional power-ups that spawn at certain increments :) nice one ^_^

i went in the house after killing 25 weeds and then i typed into the text field and it was my high score. cool!
